Torsion Axles

Mastervim torsion axles

Trailer torsion axles have rubber suspension inside, a steel torsion bar surrounded by 4pcs rubber cords, axle tube welded 2pcs bracket on left and right side, axle head assembly lazy hubs or brakes system. That easy to install and has better suspension performance, mainly used for the trailers that need good performance suspension, such as camper trailers, boat trailers, solar light trailers, equipment trailers.

Capacity at 2200lb 3500lb 5200lb 6000lb 7000lb 8000lb.

Whatever is used for boat trailer or tool trailer, we could meet for different usings.

Casting Hub-Rotors

Adopted same masterial G3000 for all casting hubs and rotors. Adopted same salt spray testing time 500 hours. Dynamic balance test and break test.

Brake Calipers

Adopted brake test as commerical car parts standard. Salt spray time at least 200 hours. Air tightness pressure from 0.4Mpa up to 5.0 Mpa.Test all for safety.

Axles

Adopted low-metel material for spindle and tube, compared to low quality carbon steel. 3.5 times load test, use standard bearing and seal to exchange with other brand's axles. Serve trailer wholesale at 20 years.

Economical syspension

The torsion suspension system will offer a super quieter ride than leaf spring, and low cost maintence. Hydraulic brakes, fully sealed bearings, with a neat system to grease out any included water.
