Mastervim® founded in 2004 as a private manufacturer with 400 employees, specializing in high-quality components for trucks, trailers, RVs, and EVs. Our main markets include North America, Europe, and Oceania.

In recent years, Mastervim has established three plants in China and developed multiple fully customized production lines covering casting, forging, machining, welding, painting, and assembly. Our QC and R&D team includes over 40 professionals, supported by more than 20 advanced inspection systems such as material analysis, X-ray, tensile and strength testing, finite element simulation, brake force testing, and laser measurement.

Mastervim supply complete truck trailer axles and bare axle tube to U.S, 22500lb 25000lb, tube dia. 5inch, adopted 1pcs tube structure, heating spindle and extra harden bearing position, tube hardness HB230-290, bearing position hardness HRC38-50, heating thick 2-4mm.

 

Quenching 850°C heating 30 minutes HRC 40-45,improving mechanical performance.


Tempering 500°C heating 120 minutes yield strength 590Mpa/mm, 2800 thousand times fatigue test under 3.5 times of rated payload.

 

Our axles and spindles are good fit with FUWA, AXN, Meritor U.S.

Inflation system axle trailer axles, mainly used for 22500lb axle and 22500lb axles, used for 1 axle, 2 axles, 3 axles.

Inflation tire axles are different from the common axle, there has a psi hole core in the spindle, and automatically adjust tires pressure through inflation systems that extend tires lift time over 10%, also increase fuel oil economy.

Choose inflation system, used for long-distance truck and logistics.

Mastervim developed U.S torsion axles that have rubber suspension inside, a steel torsion bar surrounded by 4pcs rubber cords, axle tube welded 2pcs bracket on left and right side, axle head assembly lazy hubs or brakes system. That easy to install and better suspension performance.

Brakes system included electric drum, hydraulic disc, mechanical disc drum brakes. Replacement for U.S trailer axles and brakes.

Dependable: The torsion axle uses a seamless steel tube, rubber cords, solid torsion bar, and forged swingarm, the axle components have higher strength.

Independent suspension & smooth ride: torsion end unit to stand suspension travel and shock absorption, each wheel works independently from the other side.

Forging trailer parts with high strength that are mainly used for shaft and axles, such as spindles, torsion arms, railway parts, and gearbox.

The forging is made by the same direction of force, its internal stress is directional, and can only withstand directional pressure. Castings and forgings of the same material and wall thickness are superior to castings in terms of strength and crystal phase structure.

Forgings are often unable to process complex and streamlined runners. The processing of the runner is made by turning, and many sharp corner transitions are formed inside, and it is easy to cause uneven stress and cracking at these sharp corners.

Due to the limitations of the forging process for large-sized valves, and at the same time to save costs, many manufacturers currently use the structure of the central part of the valve body and the forgings at both ends.

No matter what kind of raw material the valve uses, the manufacturer needs to have strict quality control procedures and standard testing procedures to ensure the quality of the valve.
