Disc brake much easier assembling than drum brake and has better cooling performance than drum brake, it’s time to update drum brake to disc brake.
Assembling:
Put brake bracket on axles first, we use stainless steel to bolt, then press inner bearing and outer bearing into brake rotor, insert the rotor with spindle and screw the spindle castle, assembling caliper finally.
Repair:
When you find brake caliper needs to replace brake pads, disassembly oil hose, unbolt, take off and replace new pads.
When you want to replace a new rotor, disassemble oil hose and rotor cup, remove caliper first, then take off castle, and pull off the rotors.
