forging producs much thinner than casting products based on products request same capacity, as casting product produced on nature pressure than forged products produced by heavy duty press machine, so forged products lightweight.
160tons, 300 tons, 400 tons, 630 tons, 1000 tons, 1600 tons, and 2500 tons press machines impact after raw material heating, will increase the metal parts tensile strength, metallographic structure more stable.
Forging metal products don’t have to waste much power compared to casting, and design tolerances closer, casting raw has shrinkage on surface, so have to produce bigger.
